Refund policy
Returns/replacements evaluated on a case by case basis only for significant defects or loss related to the shipping process assuming the package was promptly retrieved by the customer and the damage was documented in a timely fashion. This does not apply to cosmetic defects such as minor leaf damage or discoloration not affecting plant health. Now that that's out of the way, I want people to be happy with their purchase and I will make every reasonable effort to make sure that is the case so please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any issues sooner rather than later.
