International Shipping
I have begun offering my own international group shipping to UK, EU and Singapore for customers wanting to purchase plants from me directly. This will allow for fewer shipping steps, shorter holds and more flexible shipping windows than previously available and should result in healthier plants. It will also allow me to more directly address any issues that may arise during the process rather than communicating through third parties. I am not brokering for other sellers at this time so if you wish to place an order from myself as well as other US based sellers you should make arrangements with a US based broker (my preferred broker is still @botanophile but I can ship to the broker of your choice).
Below is a breakdown of the fees associated with my own group shipments. These are subject to change based on actual shipping costs and group size but should be very close. These will be held on a monthly or bimonthly basis based on demand.
EU/UK group shipments:
*25 dollar flat fee to cover your share of the group shipments phytosanitary certificate and the shipping from the US. This will be waived for individuals ordering more than 400 dollars in plants.
*10 percent value fee (minimum 20 euros) for the EU/UK broker to receive and process the package and package individual orders for shipment to your address
Singapore
*25 dollar flat fee to cover your share of the group shipments phytosanitary certificate and the shipping from the US. this will be waived for individuals ordering more than 400 dollars in plants.
*No value/processing fee. You will be responsible for local courier fee to deliver to your address.
India
We will be offering plants to Indian customers several times throughout the year. Please inquire directly on instagram @granthuriums
Individual/Private Shipments
*I can also ship directly to individuals in the EU/UK, Singapore and Thailand if you wish to not join a group. You will simply be responsible for your own phytosanitary fee (60 dollars) and shipping (will be calculated).
*If you live in another region and would like to explore importing from me I am happy to look into it. You should reach out to me on instagram @granthuriums. You should also look into your own countries import requirements as some places require import permits or other measures.
FAQ
Will there be a live arrival guarantee?
Yes. I will guarantee live arrival of all plants shipped directly from me. DOA or severely damaged plants will be replaced at the next available shipping window to your region. Plants for which reasonable replacements are not available will be refunded. Cosmetic damage such as damaged emergent leaves, edge yellowing etc are unfortunate but occasionally expected during international travel and will not trigger replacement or refunds. Plant damage or losses for customs delays or destruction of packages related to customer errors such as providing incorrect information, not obtaining necessary import permits etc. are not covered under this guarantee.
Do I ship internationally without phyto?
No. I do not ship covertly or circumvent international shipping rules.
